:I think the seller is very talented, however I did not like the way she communicated with me. I felt the aggressive attitude through my laptop and it made me feel like I had to give in just to not anger her even further. As a creative I know things can get frustrating when you are trying to please your customers by having boundaries at the same time, but there is always a nice way to say things. Otherwise, the work she produced was great. Again... just brush up on your customer service skills.
:The “aggression” Simone refers to was my attempt to be clear/direct with my questions/directions, as she did not read product details before ordering nor did she fill out order requirements properly. As you read through my 1000+ 5-star reviews, you’ll see that I take customer service very seriously.
